New Generation Singers Elect New Officers and Executive Committee
Leadership has always been an important part of the New Generation Singers experience. Since 1970, New G has been about more than music—it is about helping young people discover their voices, learn to serve others, build confidence, and grow into leaders both within the group and beyond it. Each year, the members of New G have the opportunity to elect their peers to serve in leadership, giving them a meaningful voice in the direction and life of the organization.
We are excited to introduce our newly elected officers: Sophie Mendenhall, President; Mike Quinlin, Vice-President; Kristin Quinlin, Treasurer; and Eden Allen, Secretary. Joining them on the Executive Committee are Kanda Sampson, Madisyn Morey, Aly Reinart, Emalynn DeBee, Chloe DeBee, Garrison Bradley, Dylan Marmaud, Otto Swope, and Kendra Paden. We are grateful for each of these young people who have stepped forward to serve and represent their fellow singers.
We believe leadership is not simply about having a title—it is about listening, serving, encouraging others, taking responsibility, and helping make New G the best it can be for everyone. We are excited to watch this team grow together, lead together, and continue the tradition of student leadership that has been such an important part of the New Generation Singers for more than five decades.
