NG Tour Send Off

***IMPORTANT NOTE: This is the times Bemo Announced at the Parent Meeting***

We are excited that this is the day! Come prepared to be on time, and ready to do the job that is assigned, all while saying Goodbye to the loved ones that have joined us on this early Saturday departure.

Arrive at Ashland @ 8AM

Farewell Service @ 9AM upstairs in the Sanctuary
NOTE: Be sure all singers items are loaded on the bus with their seat partners
First Bus – Faith (Suitcases are lined up the length of the bus only for crew to put on)
Second Bus – Hope (Sleeping Bags are placed in middle bay)

Departure @ 10AM (hoping for maybe 945AM)
