After two morning performances, we wrapped up a full day with our evening concert at Frazier Baptist Church, and what a wonderful way to finish. The church welcomed us with incredible hospitality, including a meal for our singers, and made us feel appreciated from the moment we arrived.
One of the highlights of the evening was seeing so many familiar faces. With many current singers coming from the area, the audience included New G alumni, their families, and longtime supporters of the group. There is something special about performing in front of people who have been part of the New Generation Singers story for years.
The church’s newer sanctuary and fellowship hall/gym provided an amazing space for the evening, and it was especially beautiful watching the sunlight pour through the sanctuary during the performance. Combined with an energetic crowd and enthusiastic singers, it created a memorable atmosphere that perfectly captured the joy of Summer Singout.
By the end of the day, our students had completed three performances, and we could not have been more proud of the way they carried themselves and represented New Generation Singers. A special thank you goes to all of the parents who helped drive and support the day’s travel. Your willingness to serve behind the scenes helps make every stop on this journey possible.
