We are always looking for new members! If you, or someone you know, might be interested in joining the New Generation Singers, please send them our way.
Requirements are simple: you must be a second semester eighth grader up to a college-aged, single young adult who is interested in singing (no audition!), socializing and traveling…all in a safe Christian atmosphere.
Of course, you’re always invited to any rehearsal, Sundays from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Ashland United Methodist Church! (Check our schedule for updates – every now and then we don’t meet on Sunday!)

Many students are successful at District and State music contest – both vocal and instrumental and some have reached national success. Singers are often a part of their school choir, show choir or jazz choir, band, and theater program. But some students who enjoy choir/music, may not have room in their schedule and participate in organized school groups, so NewG becomes an extra-curricular way to stay involved in music.
Singers have gone on to become church leaders, song writers, professional musicians/performers, actors, judges, teachers, doctors, lawyers, secret service agents, social workers, scientist, park rangers, entrepreneurs, and just about any other profession you can imagine.
