Tour Day 15 – Sioux Falls SD – First United Methodist – Last Day Worship

One of our favorite but also an emotional day.  Those of you that have been on tour know and understand the excitment in the air, but the final understanding that this is the very last time we are all together before the energy of homecoming will overtake us.

We celebrated our Tour Awards, with some familiar names on the list, and some new names on the list.  Really this is a great time for the singers to surprise the sponsors with what they and who they feel made their tour for them.

We also celebrated our Secret pals.  It is always so funny to me that more of them do not know who their pal was and so few figured it out.  They do a great job at making this Special.

Then off to our worship part of the service where Bemo gave us some wise words that helped us remember that this mission trip was more than a New G tour, and used one of our songs to also tell us that we need to “Wake Up” as we continue our path behond New G Tour.  Then he hosted us with communion and off we went.

Before we left, Yes there is a video of the amazing organ and organist giving us a demonstration! WOW! 

We did take the time to celebrate our drivers on our way home, it truly is a honor as each driver did such a wonderful job in taking care of us, and getting us out to Glacier National Park and back safley.  Thank you Bruce and Larry!
