“I look at all the very talented energetic young people sharing their gifts for the glory of God- it gives me joy and hope for our world!”
A little about New G
The New Generation Singers has been sharing music and ministry since 1970. What you’ll see is a group that’s fun, energetic, and deeply encouraging—but what makes New G truly unique is how it operates. This is a student-led ministry, with elected officers, an executive team, and multiple committees that help run everything from day-to-day planning to setup and teardown. Alongside them is a team of incredibly talented adults, many serving for over a decade. That kind of commitment and continuity speaks volumes. This is more than a group—it’s a legacy of leadership, ownership, and people who believe in what they’re building together.

“Saw you arrive at the Quality Inn in Terre Haute in July while we were on vacation. We were so impressed with how friendly the singers were and how they handled themselves, we looked up your website and are even more impressed with the awesome work you are doing. Keep it up!”
Important Docs
We have taken the time to simplify the process to help you church host us. While we understand that however simple we try to make this, it still requires your effort, and care, as well as work to make this happen. We hope that this offers an example of how prepared we are to visit, perform, and make new friends.
“I didn’t expect to be the one who was blessed.”
During our 2015 tour, Pastor Rob welcomed the New Generation Singers at a time when he felt the weight of a busy ministry season. What began as a simple host for a visiting group turned into a powerful move of the Holy Spirit that moved him to tears. In a beautiful moment of transparency, he shared that while he provided the stage, our students provided the breakthrough his heart and congregation truly needed.
The Heart Behind the Music: A Message from Our Director
Beyond the notes and the travel, what is the true mission of the New Generation Singers? During our 2024 tour, our Director, Bemo, shared a private moment with the group that perfectly captures why we hit the road every year. Even during a season of logistical challenges, the focus remained on the connection between the singers and the people they serve. We invite you to listen to this ‘behind-the-scenes’ reflection—not just to hear about our tour, but to understand the leadership and the spirit of ministry we bring into every church that opens its doors to us.

Testimonials
“Dear Church Leader,
As the pastor of a small church in rural Pennsylvania, let me say that New Generation Singers are an amazing group to host and their ministry is such a blessings. We have had the privilege of hosting these young people for many years and we have seen many young people matriculate through the program. Our congregation has always been impressed with these young people who are a reflection of their leadership.
If you are considering hosting a NewG event, please do not worry about the work involved. They are most accommodating and willing to work the host church to make your event a success. It can be as much or as little work and investment as you want to do, but be assured that no matter how much or little you do, they will be appreciative and respectful. Our members have enjoyed getting to know the kids and adult chaperones on a personal level.
From the music to the ministry of this group, you will not be disappointed. Do your congregation a favor and consider hosting NewG. You will be blessed.”
We are ready to share what you saw, felt, and were encouraged with today, feel free to share your testimony with us at info@ngsingers.com .

Tour Day 9 – Orlando FL St Lukes UMC to New Covenant UMC
I kind of wonder if it just came to Carol’s realization that we are in a major entertainment center and we really needed to put a little pizzazz on the show – well she did that. With just a touch of added choreography that sets off the reaction. Like putting pop…
Tour Day 8 – Panama City Beach to Orlando Florida
Hey Joe Town! I’m going to make this one kind of brief since I spent all my poetry on yesterday’s blog post. We drove in the busses from Panama City Beach to Orlando today. This is the second longest bus ride we’re going to have this year! AND…we’re over halfway…
Tour Day 7 – Crestview FL to Panama City Beach
Waves are funny things. They are one of the most visible representations of energy transformation that we have in nature. What winds up as novelties in which our teenagers splash and try to ride boogie boards on started as the deepest and most powerful exertions our…
